He graduated from the Medical Faculty of Suzhou Medical College in 1987. He obtained a master's degree from Xinjiang Medical University in 2001. In 2003, he graduated from the Ruijin Hospital of Shanghai Second Medical University with a Ph.D. He has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract diseases and liver, gallbladder and pancreatic diseases. He is good at digestive endoscopy and endoscopic treatment, and has unique insights into the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases. He has published nearly one hundred academic papers, and two editors and deputy editors. He has presided over several projects such as the National Natural Science Fund and the Natural Fund of the Autonomous Region. He won one second prize for scientific and technological progress in the autonomous region and four third prizes. In 2009, he won the international endoscopy "Endice Award---Digestive Endoscopy Award" and became the first expert in Xinjiang to receive the award. In June 2014, he won the “China Physician Award”, the highest award in China's medical industry. In 2015, he was awarded the “Special Allowance Specialist of the State Council”.
