Shahanavaj Khan received his MSc in Biotechnology and PhD in molecular biology and genetic engineering from the Department of Bioscience, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University), New Delhi, India. He studied the genome of viruses using modern approaches of molecular biology and bioinformatics. He has joined an Academic position as Assistant Professor at SRGC, India, after his PhD. Moreover, Khan gained five years' International experience with the College of Pharmacy, King Saud University, KSA as Assistant Professor and research scientist. Dr. Khan investigating the mechanisms of crosstalk between the bacteria and cancer. The current research work has emphasized on the prediction of possible implication of bacterial infections in growth and development of different types of cancer.
