I specialize in application of molecular biological method to design and screen biomedical pharmacy for disease; to explore the genetic risks of disease such as tumor or asthma, for individual’s disease risk evaluation; to investigate the tumor pathology mechanism to find early diagnostic and therapeutic method for tumors. I have found a panel of autoantibodies for early diagnose of lung cancer, and setup a cell model with the potential to be used for screening drugs for diabetes. I also explored into the pathological mechanisms of cervical cancers with the supportive grants form national and provincial government, and evaluated the cancer risks of multiple single nucleotide polymorphisms in different ethnic groups.
