Expert in every issue of gynecology and obstetric, but, in particular, in the last 15 years, chair of the Unit of urogynaecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery of Academic Varese Hospital, performing more than 2000 surgical major interventions with vaginal, laparoscopic and abdominal approach. Author of more than 200 articles edited in PubMed, with a H-index of 37 in Scopus. Reviewer for the most relevant journal in the world on obstetrics and gynaecology, urology and general medicine, such as Lancet, BMJ, Eur Urol. Actually, president of the European Urogynaecological Association.
