Fernando M Gonzalez received his MD degree in 1988 at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and afterward his specialization in Internal medicine in the same university in 1992, Nephrology at Universidad de Chile in 1995 and also a MBA degree in Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2000. He has been chairman of the Nephrology Department at Hospital del Salvador in Santiago Chile since 1999. He is Professor of Medicine at Universidad de Chile and Universidad de Los Andes, both in Chile His academic and investigtional interests are Organ Procurement, Kidney Transplantation, Economic impact of kideny disease adn several other kidney disease topics.,
