Odul Egritas Gurkan M.D., Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Pediatric Gastroenterology. Following Medical Faculty she finished General Pediatrics and Pediatric Gastroenterology Residencies. She received ESPGHAN scholarship and trained in Double Balloon Enteroscopy in NHS Sheffield Children's Hospital, Sheffield UK and St. Mark's Hospital Wolfson Unit for Endoscopy during 2008-2009. Professor Egritas Gurkan has been working in Gazi University School of Medicine Pediatric Gastroenterology Clinic since 2009. As being a Pediatric Gastroenterology Specialist, she is especially interested in following topics; inflammatory bowel diseases; very early onset ibd; chronic diarrhea; protein loosing enteropathy; behcet's disease; fmf disease; double balloon enteroscopy.
