Professor Umit U inan is an expert in the field of Ophthalmology and a Turkey trained surgeon who offers both general and specialist ophthalmological care. Professor INAN is the head of Retina Clinic of ParkHayat Hospital Afyon-Turkey. He graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine. After the residency period of Ophthalmology at Celal Bayar University Medical School, he appointed as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Kocatepe University Medical School Department of Ophthalmology. Professor Inan founded vitreoretinal Surgery Unit at the Department of Ophthalmology in Kocatepe University Medical School. He worked at this clinic for 18 years. He was assigned as a professor in 2009. He still works in the field of vitreoretinal surgery and medical retina in ParkHayat Hospital. He has served as a speaker on medical and surgical retinal education programs. He is a member of many national and international societies including ASRS, ARVO, EVRS, EURETINA. He has authored or co-authored more than 100 published national and international scientific papers. Professor Inan is passionate about research and education on medical and surgical retinal diseases.
