Full professor and doctoral supervisor from Sun Yat-Sen University “Hundred Talents Program”. He earned his Ph.D (MD) in Imaging Medicine and Nuclear Medicine at Peking Union Medical College - Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. He had two years postdoctoral experience at Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and 1.5 years postdoctoral research experience at the University of Tennessee Medical Center (USA).His current research works focus on molecular imaging probes development, amino-acid metabolism imaging, apoptosis imaging, and multi-targeting molecular imaging (nanomolecular imaging). he is the first author or co-author of more than 100 scientific papers resulting from research funded by various sources in China (including 863 program) and obtained 7 Chinese patents for invention.
