Dr. Chong-Chi Chiu graduated from the College of Medicine at National Taiwan University in 1999. He has more than 21 years’ experience in general surgery. After having finished the surgical training in the Department of Surgery of National Taiwan University Hospital, he has joined Chi Mei Medical Center in Taiwan. He is also a Visiting Professor and Table Instructor of the Asian Institute of Telesurgery (IRCAD Taiwan) for many years. Besides clinical affairs and research, he obtained a degree of EMBA at the College of Business of the University of Texas at Arlington in the USA in 2007. Now, he is a Professor at the Department of General Surgery, E-Da Cancer Hospital, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Besides, he also works at the School of Medicine, College of Medicine, I-Shou University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. He has published more than one hundred and twenty papers on his research. He is also an editorial board member for several international journals.
