Dr. Qun Wang is a professor of School of Basic Medical Sciences, Shandong University，China. She graduated from Qingdao University Medical College, and proceeded to work as a resident physician in Shandong Provincial Chest Hospital. After moving to Shandong University, she obtained her Ph.D in Immunology there and later became a professor of Department of Immunology. During this period, she received postdoctoral training at Department of Medicine, Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Wang’s research interest includes obesity and associated adipose tissue inflammation, immunometabolism and adipose-derived stem cells.
