Dr. Mohamed Emara graduated in the faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University, Egypt. He spent his residency their and then passed all degrees till he got the position of assistant professor. He recently shifted to Kafrelsheikh University where he occupies the position; director of GIT endoscopy unit. His research interest cover areas in the specialty including GIT endoscopy, ERCP, viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and probiotics. He has several publications in reputable scientific journal besides handouts for under and postgraduate medical students.
