Peltec Angela is the Associated Professor in Clinic of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Nicolae Testeminatu” Chishinev, Republic of Moldova, Gastroenterologist with competence in Ultrasound investigation in Clinic of Gastroenterology and Hepatology from Republican Clinical Hospital and member of the Liver Transplant team. As a Associated Professor she teach the medical students, residents and physicians (courses of continuing education), as a gastroenterologist conduct the patients from the Clinic, perform the ultrasound investigation for patient from the Clinic and Liver Transplant Unite (pretransplant, intraoperatory and posttransplan care). Peltec is a leadership of National Scientific Group for studying Liver Steatosis and in special NAFLD; she has a great interest in studying cardiovascular risk factor in this pathological condition and imagistic tools for scoring NAFLD. Scientific group consist from gastroenterologist and cardiologist that perform the multicenter study which implicate two Clinic of Cardiology and one Clinic of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. This study group performs population screening for evaluation of risk factors of NAFLD and NASH. Peltec is the Member of EASL, Romania Association of Gatsroenterologist, leader of "Educational program of digestive and metabolic disease", National Association of Gastroenterologist , and member of experts group for performing of National Clinical Guideline. Peltec is the author of 148 scientific publications in the International and the National Scientific Journal. Peltec hold a medical degree (MD) from University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Nicolae Tetsenitanu”, Chishinev, Republic of Modlova and PhD degree from University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” Bucharest, Romania. Peltec is a certificate Gastroenterologist (Bucharest, Romania, 2001), superior category (Chishinev, 2015) with competence in abdominal ultrasound and Doppler ultrasound (Buchares, 2000), superior category (Chishinev, 2016).
