With integrative background of clinical practice and scientific research in the biomedical field, I have accomplished a great number of research projects and built up broad expertise in high-throughput genomic technologies and integrated analysis of omics data for biomarker discovery and validation. My research interests are now focused on transcriptomic and proteomic analysis to identify pivotal biomarkers in human diseases, such as gastrointestinal disorders and viral infections.
